Go to bed earlier
The number one reason why you might be tired all the time is that you are not getting enough sleep at night. We are meant to have at least eight hours of sleep at night so that we can be motivated and fully awake the next day. If you are feeling tired all of the time, you need to go to bed earlier at night. Get into a routine where you turn off the television at 10 and head upstairs to sleep. If you can’t sleep at night, you should consider why this is. Try and cut back on caffeine and alcohol before going to bed as this may be affecting you getting to sleep at night. You may want to have a look at the mattress and pillows and see if they need to be replaced. You might want to buy some blackout curtains so that no light is getting in which is disturbing your sleep. Keep all noise in the bedroom to a minimum as well.
Talk to the doctor
If you are feeling exhausted all the time, there might be something else going on with your body. You should see your doctor and talk to them about how tired you are feeling. You might be anemic or have an overactive thyroid that may be causing your problems. You could even be pregnant. Change your diet
When you feel tired all the time, one of the reasons could be your bad diet. If you are not having three meals a day, it could be causing you to feel exhausted. Having breakfast can make you feel motivated for the morning ahead. Without it, you may feel fatigued and sluggish.
